About

Growth from bottom-up, Transform from top-down

I specialize in treating insomnia and sleep problems. I work with people to calm down their overactive nervous system and slow down their racing minds. My work is grounded in CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I), the gold-standard, first-line treatment recommended by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. CBT-I targets the patterns that perpetuate insomnia like conditioned arousal and a nervous system stuck in "high alert." I also offer optional instruction in self-hypnosis to learn physiological downregulation. Patients often describe me as calm, thoughtful, and precise. I value warmth and attunement while respecting your intelligence and your time. Therapy is goal-oriented, practical, and individualized — not open-ended or vague. If your sleep problem feels stubborn, frustrating, and unlike everything else you’re managing successfully, I’d be glad to help.
